SHIPPING TIMES:
Your order will be delivered within the deadlines indicated below, delivery times vary depending on the destination, as follows:
- Mainland Portugal - Delivery in 1-3, 1-5 or 1-15 working days (after dispatch) DEPENDING ON THE SUPPLIER SELECTED;
- Azores and Madeira - Delivery between 3-30 working days (after dispatch);
- Spain - Delivery in 5-15 working days (after dispatch);
- Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland - Delivery between 5 and 15 working days (after dispatch);
- - Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland and Sweden - Delivery between 5 and 15 working days (after dispatch).
- WORLDWIDE (Remaining Countries Listed for SHIPPING) 5-30 business days (after dispatch).
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES:
WE EMPHASIZE THAT WE PRIORITIZE EFFECTIVENESS AND OUR CUSTOMERS' SATISFACTION IN EACH ORDER, WITH THAT SAID, WE SELECTED THE BEST SHIPPING METHODS ON THE MARKET SO THAT IF POSSIBLE THERE WILL BE NO EXTRA FEES.
But due to different customs policies and import taxes, Cientral is not responsible for paying them, which are the responsibility of the consumer, as well as having no control over other possible costs, fees or taxes that may be applied upon arrival of an order to the destination country. The total price only includes the price of the item, the respective VAT, where applicable, and shipping costs. If the consumer has any questions, they should contact the local customs office before placing their order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.
