1.1 These General Conditions in force are intended, together with the order form, and the other elements referred to therein, to regulate the terms and conditions under which the provision of the Service in the CIENTRAL Online Store will be governed.

As soon as the client completes the purchase order, the reseller orders and pays the supplier who will carry out the entire logistics process and shipping directly to the customer. This way, the reseller uses its suppliers' stock as a guarantee that there will be no shortage of products.
1.3 The purchase of any product in the CIENTRAL Online Store implies acceptance of these General Online Sales Conditions.
1.4. Access to the CIENTRAL Online Store is free and does not require prior subscription or user registration.
2. Product Information, Prices and Contents
2.1 CIENTRAL reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented regarding: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
2.2 The images that illustrate each product at CIENTRAL may differ from the product subsequently delivered.
2.3 Items for sale in the online store are subject to existing stock and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of a temporary or permanent stock out, the customer will be duly notified and an alternative product with similar characteristics will be suggested.
2.4 Under Portuguese legislation, product prices are indicated in € (euros) and include VAT at the legal rate in force, as well as the cost of packaging. The cost of transport to the customer is not included.
3. Order and payment
3.1. To make a purchase at the CIENTRAL Online Store, complete the checkout process completely.

Any order placed in the CIENTRAL online store will only be processed after effective receipt of payment. The formalization of the order alone does not constitute a reservation of the products.

3.4 Changes to the conditions of unshipped orders or the cancellation of an unshipped order can be made when requested via email cientral@outlook.pt.
3.5 Orders will only be sent after stock and payment confirmation and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.6 If an order cannot be fulfilled in part or in full, the customer will be immediately contacted by CIENTRAL.
3.7 The CIENTRAL Online Store offers the user the following payment method: bank transfer.
3.8 Proof of bank transfer must be sent to the email cientral@outlook.pt.
3.9 Payments are received in euros, regardless of the currency in which the transaction is carried out. Conversion fees for payments made in other currencies will have to be borne by the customer.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be delivered within the deadlines indicated below, delivery times vary depending on the destination, as follows:

Customs duties and import taxes:
Due to different customs policies and import taxes, Central is not responsible for paying them, which are the responsibility of the consumer, and has no control over other possible costs, fees or taxes that may be applied upon arrival of an order in the destination country. The total price only includes the price of the item, the respective VAT, where applicable, and shipping costs. If the consumer has any questions, they should contact the local customs office before placing their order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.
5. Returns/complaints/refunds
5.1 The Central Online Store allows the return of products within 14 days in

5.5 REFUNDS:
Under applicable legal terms, the Central allows the exchange or return of ordered and received items within 14 days of receipt.
The Customer must contact our team by email before proceeding with the return. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt, together with proof of purchase.
Only products that are in good condition with complete packaging will be accepted.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those that comply with the return conditions set out above will be accepted for refund.
If the customer wishes to receive a refund, we inform you that:
- Refunds will be made by bank transfer (IBAN).
- Shipping costs to our facilities are borne by the Customer.
